What you’ll also need

  • Your own Finmo account. Finmo’s fees are separate and billed by Finmo.
  • For your borrowers: a phone or computer and an email address. Nothing to install.

Billing questions

How does billing work?

Monthly, in advance, in Canadian dollars (CAD). BrokerMate Essentials is $199 and BrokerMate Partner is $399 a month.

Does my subscription renew automatically?

Yes. It renews each month until you cancel.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Fees already paid aren’t refunded, except where the law requires it or we charged you in error. Read the Terms

Are taxes included?

No. Prices are plus applicable taxes, such as GST, HST, PST or QST, based on your billing location.

What does “a developer assigned to your brokerage” mean on Partner?

A developer customizes BrokerMate for your brokerage and builds features you ask for, within a monthly allowance of hours. Unused hours don’t carry over. We agree the scope of each request with you in writing (email is fine).

Is it per broker or per brokerage?

Each plan is priced per brokerage.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Talk to us and we’ll move you between Essentials and Partner. Talk to us

Do you charge per document?

No. Both plans are a flat monthly price, however many documents your borrowers upload.
