How it works

Six steps, from your brand to Finmo

1. 01

   Step 1: Set up your brand

   Pick your colours, add your photo and contact details, and watch your borrower page change in the live preview as you go.

   

2. 02

   Step 2: Share your upload link

   You get one link to your branded page. Send it to borrowers by email or text, and choose who gets the alert when documents arrive.

   

3. 03

   Step 3: Borrowers upload from any device

   Borrowers say what the mortgage is for, add everyone applying and their income, then upload files or take photos on their phone. No account, in English or French.

   

4. 04

   Step 4: Every file lands in the right place

   BrokerMate reads each file and sorts it into the checklist for the right applicant, so everyone can see what’s in and what’s still missing.

   

5. 05

   Step 5: You get an email

   When a borrower submits, you get an email with the applicants, every file and the checklist item it belongs to, and a link to open them.

   

6. 06

   Step 6: Review, then send to Finmo

   Connect your Finmo account once. You check the file and approve it, and BrokerMate sends the application and documents to your Finmo deal. Nothing goes to Finmo until you approve it.
